Marina Shaltout is a multimedia artist who uses photography, video, and sculpture to
critique popularized representations of women. She has exhibited work nationally and
internationally at venues such as the Royal Photographic Society in Bristol, Alte Munze
in Berlin, the Cinematograph in Innsbruck, the Living National Treasure Museum in
Tokyo, the Czong Institute of Contemporary Art in Gimpo South Korea, the Museum of
Contemporary Art Tucson, and the Billboard Creative exhibition in Los Angeles,
California. She currently teaches at Ringling College of Art and Design as a Visiting
Professor in Fine Arts and Visual Studies.
